Communications Carriers Inbound Calls Not Completing

After performing some test calls to customers everything is back up and operational. Thank you for your patience.

Per the carrier, calls are working as expected. The VanBelkum team is placing test calls to customers to confirm everything is operational.

We are starting to see some calls come into the system and work as expected. We are still monitoring and working with the carrier.

We have confirmed the outage with our carrier and are working with them on restoration. No ETA at this time. The issue is currently affecting inbound calls.

One of our carriers is investigating and working to resolve a call completion issue that is affecting some customers. We have mainly seen issues with inbound traffic. This is a priority ticket and we will update it as soon as we receive more information. Updated at 3:00 PM
