14:17: One of our carriers is investigating and working to resolve a call completion issue that is affecting some customers. We have mainly seen issues with outbound traffic and are working to route all outbound traffic to other carriers. This is a priority ticket and we will update it as soon as we receive more information.
14:52: A carrier is experiencing a DDoS attack. They are working to resolve the issue but have indicated that until they reach a resolution, you may be experiencing failed calls.
15:36: The carrier has observed partially restored services and their teams are monitoring all services
11/10 8:37: The carrier has indicated that while service should be restored they are still working on migrating their system to different infrastructure.
