Ohio AWS Outage

We have worked with our datacenter and resolved the issues at this time. An official RFO will be available upon request.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting some phone customers servers located at the datacenter. The issue is resulting in the systems becoming unresponsive and phones not registering. We are currently seeing most systems restore to operational status, but are looking for the reason for this outage. We will provide further updates are we receive them.
