7:00 PM EST - All power was restored. We are waiting on the full RFO and will send it to anyone that requests a copy. We should have one in the next few days.
6:42 PM EST - Partial power has been restored with their generator. Most services are back online. We are still working with the data center to restore all services.
We are investigating issues with some Michigan inbound numbers not completing when dialed. Our data center in Grand Rapids experienced a commercial power failure and automatic transfer of power did not occur properly. Technicians are in route to restore power manually.
