Issue with inbound carriers not completing

Around 6:00 AM EST our data center began receiving reports of connectivity issues on circuits assigned IP's in a specific scope. Engineers began investigating immediately and were able to determine Verizon was accepting an advertisement for this prefix from another Autonomous System (AS). To resolve this issue more specific routes were added to our advertisements. Please see the article below for additional information.


Our upstream providers technicians are reporting that VOIP services have been restored. Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.
