UPDATE [15:18 05/06/16]: The issue has been addressed by the carrier. It appears to have been corrected. We will continue to monitor the services. All phone systems should be operational at this time.
[13:45 05/06/16] We are investigating issues with one of our service providers. This issue will result in failure of inbound calls to terminate properly. We are in contact with the provider and will update this instances with official information as it is received.
